1% Listing Fee and One Rate Listing Fee applies to Listing only where-as specific terms within the Listing Agreement shall apply. Additional Buyer's Agent/Broker fees may apply at seller's discretion. Minimum list price must be met to qualify for the 1% Listing Program. Home must pass Listing Agent visual inspection and market valuation to qualify for either Listing Programs. Either of the offered Listing Programs shall apply to residential property which meets disclosed price valuations limits. Vacant Land, Manufactured Homes, Multi-Family Homes, and Commercial Property are not eligible for the Listing Programs of either 1% or Flat Rate. Add-on Marketing Services are an optional service available at an extra fee per item, paid by seller at the time such services are rendered.
Buyers Program minimum sales price required of $350,000 along with an executed Buyer Representation and Compensation Agreement to qualify for Buyer's Rebate, other restrictions may apply, Buyer's Lender approval may be required to receive Buyer's Rebate.
